Here's a great way to spin our Lemongrass Miso.
I like to quickly mix ginger,garlic,sesame oil, sriracha in a blender and make a paste.
Take one 4 ounces of firm tofu and some local cleaned carrots. Cover with paste and roast at 385 for about 30-40 minutes.
Feel free to add some Bok Choy.
Now simmer 1 to 2 bottles of Lemongrass Miso stove top. Once the veggies and tofu * you certainly can omit tofu all together or sub chicken,shrimp ect.
Easy Breezy lunch or dinner.
Great for the gut due to Miso being a fermented food, Ginger is anti inflammatory and lemongrass is very cooling and calming to our system.
Remember everything we eat and do should serve us.
